Project Manager
We are seeking an energetic self-starter to manage the implementation of data services to cell phone carriers. This position is responsible for managing the integration projects for the company. The PM will manage the project from the information gathering stage through implementation including the ongoing account management. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, be adept at creating customer relationships and managing their expectations, and enjoy a dynamic environment where they can use their skills to help the company succeed.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into documented deliverables
• Report on project status
• Identify potential areas of risk
• Ensure project milestones are met with high quality and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular meetings with customers
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and on time deliverables

• 3+ years Project or Program Management experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication skills with ability to talk to all levels of an organization
• Experience in developing and managing customer relationships
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project (or other schedule tracking tool)

• Networking or wireless infrastructure experience
• Linux or Unix knowledge
• Knowledge of wireless industry
